The Codex Trivulzianus ([Italian] Trivulziano Codex) is a single folio manuscript in the Biblioteca Trivulziana, in Turin. It dates from between 1476 and 1491. It contains Leonardo's drawings for the fortress in Turin, and was compiled by his follower and pupil, the architect Federico Sandri. It is thought to have been written by Leonardo on the orders of Ludovico Sforza, Duke of Milan.
The codex is the first to show Leonardo's characteristic figures, and it contains his first drawing of a naked man.
